Heavy Duty Parts eCommerce Brand Scaled by $2M+ in 1 Year with a Multi-Channel Growth Strategy

Our client offered heavy-duty parts for construction and Industrial engines. It was a highly competitive market with stiff competition from larger established players. Previously, they relied solely on Google for marketing and needed a more effective tracking system. Our team identified an excellent opportunity for expansion through paid media and organic strategies.  

Our Growth Approach: 

  • Re-alignment and organization of the account to optimize targeting allowed for greater control of product and brand delivery and set the foundation for further growth.
  • A secondary retargeting approach using Facebook helped us leverage the target market's presence on the platform.
  • We applied a Multi-Channel Growth system to expand our targeting capabilities. It involved taking an omni-channel approach and applying learnings from retargeting efforts to boost top-funnel campaigns in a self-sustaining technique.

Our Key Growth Insights: 

  • No single channel could do it all; it took a combination of channels to get top results. Cooperation and contribution from multiple channels started with accurate measurement.
  • The balanced combination of branded and non-branded search efforts had a strong impact in the results. Both types of search have implications, but most growth came from non-branded. 
  • Visibility between paid and organic search helped us optimize the paid campaigns and achieve massive efficiency by using the insights gained from both.

Our client has been in the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry for over 6 years. They had a lead generation strategy solely focused on Google Ads. Their main challenge was to increase lead volume and reduce their acquisition costs.
